Plan Your Dream Vacation!!

Objective: To create a google tour of a dream vacation exploring global communities.

You will be creating a Google Tour of your Dream Vacation using Google Earth.  For your vacation you may choose any Country, City, or State to explore.  Once you choose your destination, you will need to plan to visit 10 different places or "placemarks" while you are there.  Think touristy type places (famous landmarks, attractions, restaurants, etc.).  Find out what and where your 10 stops are by Googling them, and what you can do there (or if they have a website, photos, etc).  You will use this RECORDING SHEET to help you as you find out about your 10 placemarks.  You can save websites and photos of your 10 placemarks in your favorites folder, so you can easily find them again later when it comes time to add them into your tour.  The RECORDING SHEET must be filled out first before creating the Google Tour.

Adding pictures to your placemarks:

In the description box type in this code, but replace the address in blue with the address from your picture.  Make sure your picture ends in .jpg!  Then click ok.
